Bungie renders GeeVee, others obsolete
Heh, punny. Ok, I'll stop now.

Bungie Pro Subscribers* can now partake in a public beta for Bungie's newly available Render to Video service. Instead of rambling we'll send you on to Bungie's News Post regarding this and let you read a WOT there instead. Or, you can drop by the our thread and leave your "w00ts" and "wows" here.

*who have paid for their subscription. If you have Bungie Pro because of a map pack purchase, you are not eligible.

It's free for the beta, but didn't they say something about having to buy Bungie Points when it's actually out?
That doesn't sound like a monopoly to me.
Can't anything be free anymore?

It depends on how many adds they have. : )
Yay, me has beta render film. Bungie Pro expired like a year ago.
>renders obsolete
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

I take it you didn't read what it actually does, did you. It's a point per minute based system, and like 5 per minute for high res. They only award you a few points per month if you are already paying for live and bungie pro, or you can pay for live, bungie pro AND extra points for render to video. And since most people only want to render short clips, anything under a minute costs the same as up to a minute, so I bet most people will still be using things like gamevee or friends with cc's.

Let's keep the secret between you and me. Also, see all you wrote to explain it? I chose to let Bungie write it all instead of me. >_>
