I want to point you to a forum thread that reminds me of the old days a little. A group of guys is planning to revisit the level Halo in the original game for a collaboration vid. Basically, do some launching and other cool stuff, get all the clips together, and make a great vid. A few old-timers might even participate.

Not to get to wordy on this, but this kind of thing used to happen more. It's not about getting your name on a bunch of frontpages. It's about getting together with some cool people on the forum and pitching in to create something cool. Oh...and having fun is somewhere in there too. Personally, I'd love to see more of this sort of thing. Get a big group of guys together, pick a game and a level, and just do some cool tricking. You'd be surprised at the interesting discoveries that can happen that way. Ok, so I'll shaddap now. Drop by and give it a looksee.
